All Team’s Thorough Screening Process

It is All Team’s responsibility to know each and every employee we send to a client’s worksite. We only recruit employees that are right for the job, and are qualified within any of the following industries: labor, food services and hospitality, administrative and clerical, and health and environmental.

All Team recruits from our own website, the internet, word of mouth, walk-ins and publically at the events we help to staff. Our staffing manager personally interviews all prospective nationwide employees. Before an employee can be given an assignment, All Team goes through a thorough screening process which includes:

  • Reference checks
  • Background checks
  • Drug tests

This constitutes the candidates first visit to our office. During the second visit:

  • An orientation program is done with the designated division of staffing. In our Food Team division, orientation is done in full uniform with a Food Team counselor.
  • Skill tests are completed and graded.
